Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and a piece of parchment paper for easy removal.
- Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust and spread it gently to cover the surface.
- Sprinkle Toppings: Evenly distribute the quick oats, semi sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and holiday M&Ms over the surface of the sweetened condensed milk layer.
- Bake the Bars: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is set and slightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before cutting.
