Description

Christmas Magic Cookie Bars are a festive and delicious treat combining a crunchy graham cracker base with layers of sweetened condensed milk, oats, and a colorful mix of chocolate and candy toppings. Perfect for holiday gatherings, these bars are easy to prepare and bake into a warm, chewy delight.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 12 Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 9 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Toppings

  • 1 1/2 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 1/3 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Holiday M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and a piece of parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
  3. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust and spread it gently to cover the surface.
  4. Sprinkle Toppings: Evenly distribute the quick oats, semi sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and holiday M&Ms over the surface of the sweetened condensed milk layer.
  5. Bake the Bars: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the top is set and slightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before cutting.
  6. Serve: Serve the bars warm or at room temperature for a delightful holiday treat.

Notes

  • Press the crust firmly and evenly to create a stable base for the toppings.
  • Use parchment paper to easily lift the bars out of the pan once cooled.
  • Substitute holiday M&Ms with other colorful candies or nuts if desired.
  • Allow bars to cool completely before cutting for cleaner slices.
