Description

Delicious and creamy Oreo Fudge made with sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and chopped Oreos. This no-bake fudge is easy to prepare and perfect for an indulgent treat or party dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ¾ cups (468 g) white chocolate chips
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Mix-ins and Topping

  • 10 Oreos, chopped
  • Additional broken Oreos for topping (about 3 Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure the foil extends up the sides for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips together with a spatula until well combined.
  3. Microwave and Melt: Microwave the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly until the white chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth. Avoid microwaving longer to prevent scorching and crumbly texture.
  4. Add Flavorings and Oreos: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed throughout the fudge base.
  5. Spread and Top: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly. Press additional broken Oreos on top to decorate as desired.
  6. Set the Fudge: Allow the fudge to set at room temperature on the counter for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until firm. Optionally, cover it loosely with foil during setting.
  7. Cut and Store: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the foil edges and cut into approximately 25 squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.

Notes

  • Measure white chocolate chips accurately for best texture.
  • Do not overheat the fudge mixture in the microwave to avoid grainy fudge.
  • Use full-fat sweetened condensed milk for a creamier fudge.
  • Allow fudge to fully set before cutting for clean squares.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
